We deliver our products worldwide. Your order will be shipped and delivered right to your doorstep or to any other location you have provided. All orders are shipped from our warehouses in Kuwait and UAE.

Estimated delivery time

Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, the availability of your products, and the time of day you place your order.Thus, we are not liable for any expense, loss, or damage suffered by you as a result of delay or failure to deliver the product by the specified date.
- Orders in Kuwait will be delivered within 48 hours.
-International orders will be delivered within 4 to 6 working days.

Shipped orders

After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and message with a tracking number so you can track the order. We recommend that you track your order to avoid it being lost. If you want to change or correct the shipping address of an order that has already been processed and shipped, please contact us to send the new shipping address to the carrier.

You will be responsible for any tax or government charges imposed upon shipping and delivery of the product. Any tax or governmental charge will be included in the invoice. Your order will be shipped for free if the cost of your order is above 150 USD, 150 EUR, 10 KWD, 500 SAR, 150 AED, 500 QAR, 50 BHD, 50 OMR, or 90 JOD. If you do not receive the order shipped to you, it will be returned.

Changes on the Shipping Policy

This shipping policy is effective as of 29/3/2042. We have the right to update this policy without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check the page regularly for updates to see if you are satisfied with the changes. Using the website after we post the updates will be considered as an acknowledgment and acceptance of the modifications.
